Hi and welcome to Mens Fitness at 50. I know you are here because you are looking for the answers, the help and maybe the motivation, to either maintain your fitness, or are trying to get fit for the first time. You may have a health issue, or an old injury, which makes it more of a challenge; you may not have a lot of time in your weekly schedule, you may feel tired and unmotivated, and even though you know you should be keeping fit, right now you’re looking at exercise as a chore. You may have started to put on a few pounds, or you’re worried because you know you’re already overweight.
