I’m sure you will agree that these exercises can get you started on your journey to gain and maintain fitness in your 50’s.  Something that you can do everyday, at home, or anywhere, at your own pace.  With the right attitude and determination, health, fitness and regular exercise can become a part of who you are.

Let’s have a look at Squats:


You need to achieve a 90 degree bend in your knees.  With a straight back, weight on your heels, slowly stand back up straight, try not to lock your knees.  Do as many reps as you feel comfortable with and build from there.
