You would not to join an expensive gym or invest in costly gym equipment, when you are going through a tough financial time. This interestingly takes me to my next point. A good workout routine will only be effective if you are completely comfortable with it.
Preference of a workout at home over a gym?
If you prefer to workout at home or outdoors over going to the gym, then that is what you should do because along with being effective, a good workout routines for men has to be fun and exciting. However, it is important to be consistent, which in this case means that you stick with the program that you opt for. The actual exercise program you adopt depends solely on your goals. If you want to increase your stamina, lightweight training combined with a lot of running and cardio is what you need to concentrate. Whereas, if building muscle is your only concern, than hitting the gym 5-6 times a week and lifting heavy weights, combined with a specific diet is the best way to achieve this. That said, it is impossible to say there is a specific workout routine that is better than another is because you have to pay consideration to each person’s preferences and capabilities.
